The ZDH400 has built its reputation on one simple premise - outstanding performance at an affordable price. One of several quality blades in Norton's TOP-LINE series, the ZDH400 will fast cut through a whole range of building materials from reinforced concrete lintels and engineering bricks to clay roof tiles and York paving. Backed by state-of-the-art technology from Norton's fully-automated Luxembourg plant, the ZDH400 has unique segments that yield faster cutting and extended life, thus giving the customer even better value for money. For example, in its narrow gullet version this topselling product will outlast around 180 conventional abrasive discs.

Laser welded for strength, safety and reliability

The user-friendly ZDH400 has laser welded segments backed by an unconditional guarantee against segment loss. Safety for the operator and reliability in use.

Patented segment technology

ZDH400 segments include Seeded Gel®, a patented ceramic inclusion that lubricates the diamond abrasive and enhances versatility, cutting rate and blade life. Only top grade, high concentration diamond is used. oVersatile in application The ZDH400 comes with a choice of four diameters, each of which is available in narrow or wide gullet configuration. All blades can be used dry or wet and will handle most building materials over the strength range 20-90N.The 300 mm blade size is intended primarily for use with angle grinders, petrol saws etc., while the 350, 400 and 450 mm diameters meet the needs of smaller floor saws and masonry saw benches. The choice of wide or narrow gullet influences performance: narrow gullet (keyhole centre) blades will give some 20% more life, wide gullet blades will give around 15% faster cutting.

ZDH400 segments include a matrix that is cobaltfree, another Norton contribution to a healthier environment.
