Features:

STIHL augers can be used for a variety of purposes, from drilling simple post holes in the ground to taking oil samples. Holes measuring up to 350mm in diameter can be drilled using the appropriate auger bit.

The one man auger is the only auger that features a quick stop brake which is operated in the form of an arm resting on the operator's thigh, if the auger becomes jammed in the ground, the arm will lock into the operator's thigh and apply the brake, this will leave the engine running but will stop the drill immediately.
