Fitted with a 490mm blade (19") the Makita HTR4901 features a rear handle that swivels 180º making vertical trimming easier and more comfortable. Dual action double sided clipper blades for finer cut. The wide trigger control and soft grip on the handle provides operator comfort throughout operation with the Anti-Vibration system providing even more comfort for longer working periods.

The lightweight design and features of the HTR4901 hedge cutter make this a serious choice for home users and semi professional operators, the engine starts with ease on the first or second pull every time, and runs smooth throughout its range, the double action blades will cut through material up to 12mm in diameter, with the 21cc engine maintaining constant output for fast cutting and trimming of almost any hedgerow.
