This 300mm construction material diamond blade incorporates SHOXX technology for smooth aggression. 20% faster cutting, in fact this blade is the fastest cutting blade on the market, and lasts 10 - 15% longer per mm with a massive 20mm segment height! The SHOXX blade is also confirmed to have major reductions to HAV exposure (Hand Arm Vibration).

Duro Ultra SHOXX includes technology that is previously only used in the automotive industry. A world first 20mm segment height. Segments are manufactured using titanium coated De Beers synthetic diamond grit. The Ultra SHOXX segments have a very high density level and therefore low oxidization, low porosity and inbalance. Duro Ultra SHOXX blades are laser welded to a low carbon steel core, with 1000N/mm² side load strength.

Speed of Cut:- The use of Titanium coated De Beers grit gives a 30% higher grit retention, this level enables a higher speed of cut, due to the grit being retained in an exposed state. The combination of all Duro Ultra SHOXX elements enables the blade to cut at higher speeds.

Smoothness:- The Duro Ultra SHOXX segments are convex in shape and formation, the gap between segments is consistent and this gives smooth, aggressive cutting.

Low Vibration:- The Duro Ultra SHOXX diamond blade is confirmed as greatly reducing HAV exposure. In independant tests by OPERC, the Duro Ultra SHOXX blades achieved an impressive 2.8m/s² magnitude.The market leading EAV* time of 6 hours and 24 minutes and unlimited ELV* time means that the user can have confidence in using the SHOXX blade for a longer time period than with other blades, the test was using a
