Overview

Manufactured by Spear & Jackson, this is part of the Tyzack range of plastering tools. The drywall support prop allows you to clamp one section of board to the wall leaving you free to work on securing the other, the pole extends from 1.15 metres to 2.9 metres and is adjusted with a pump action trigger. The feet sit in universal joints for even, easy positioning.

A cheap ceiling board prop! The props were a very good price, the method for tightening the lower extension however is not good, this is done with a "tightening knob" unless you make sure it is really tight the prop can compress when loaded! Buy the alternative props with spring button locking as this gives a deffinate support Dave - Ashford
