| We aim to deliver every item on a next working day service, any order placed before 3pm Monday to Friday is dispatched the same day, on a next working day delivery via our couriers Initial City Link. (this excludes non-stock items) |
| Please allow a full day for accepting deliveries, they will take place on a working day (Monday to Friday) between 08.00 and 18.00, if you have paid for a Saturday delivery it will take place between 08.00 and 13.00. If you are out when our couriers deliver, they will try a neighbour (unless you specify otherwise) or they will leave a calling card, this card will be put through your letterbox and will contain information about your delivery, including your consignment number (this will begin with the letters OVT) and a contact telephone number for the couriers, so that you are able to re-arrange the delivery, the card will also inform you of what time they made the attempt. To make delivery more successful, you are able to leave delivery instructions when you place your order, however high value items (in most cases over £100.00) will require a signature, please see our terms and conditions for more information. |

| Tracking Your Order From Your Shipping Email When your goods leave our warehouse we will email you with confirmation details including a link to Initial City Link Couriers web site. By using your order number you will be able to track its progress from midnight on the day of shipping. Below is a picture of the Initial City Link order tracking page, you will see two boxes, the longer box at the bottom is where you need to enter your order number with no spaces ie: HK80BP00000000 then click search, your order result will be displayed with details about its progress and your consignment number at the top begining with OVT.............
