Delivery Rates

We have found that to make delivery as fair and accurate as possible, we have re-structured our charges. Delivery is now charged on a sliding scale depending on the total weight of your order, all charges are calculated in your shopping basket with UK delivery starting from just £2.49 and then being free on all orders over £60.00 Excluding Vat. Please note that delivery charges do have Vat applied.

Scottish Highlands and Islands are charged slightly higher over 2kg due to increased courier surcharges, however again these rates will be displayed before you make your purchase, we have tried to keep them as fair as possible, and subsidise the costs where we can, unfortunately due to increased courier charges we are unable to offer free delivery to these areas.

When selecting your delivery area within our checkout, please note that the UK has been split into sections, UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, charges in the Highlands & Ireland have higher rates; please refer to the map to determine your location. Saturday deliveries are available to the UK Mainland only and also incur a delivery surcharge regardless of the order value.

European delivery charges start at £16.95 and again are on a sliding scale depending on the total weight of your order.

Delivery Lead Times:

UK Mainland - Goods are sent through Royal Mail and UK Mail Couriers on a next working day service, we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days.

Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland - Royal Mail for small items and 48h courier for larger items, please allow 3-5 working days, we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days.

Europe - Royal Mail small packets for all small orders and 48h couriers are used for larger heavy items, please allow between 7 and 10 working days for deliveries.

Delivery Schedule

All products on our site are available from stock, unless stated on the product page i.e. products with the 2-3 day or 5-7 day symbols are not held by us and therefore are on a slower delivery schedule. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days, all orders are sent via next working day courier (Mon to Fri) or Royal Mail 1st class.

Delivery Schedule After Ordering

All orders placed are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 working days, all goods are sent 1st class or on a next working day courier service, you should expect your order to arrive within 1 and 3 days, an email from us will confirm dispatch and delivery would then be made the next day. (this excludes non-stock items).

Please allow a full day for accepting deliveries, they will take place on a working day (Monday to Friday) between 08.00 and 18.00, if you have paid for a Saturday delivery it will take place between 08.00 and 13.00.

If you are out when our couriers deliver, they will try a neighbour (unless you specify otherwise) or they will leave a calling card, this card will be put through your letterbox and will contain information about your delivery, including your consignment number and a contact telephone number for the couriers, so that you are able to re-arrange the delivery, the card will also inform you of what time they made the attempt.

To make delivery more successful, you are able to leave delivery instructions when you place your order, however high value items (in most cases over £100.00) will require a signature, please see our terms and conditions for more information.

Tracking Your Order From Your Shipping Email

When your goods leave our warehouse we will email you with confirmation details including a link to UK Mail Couriers web site. By using your order number you will be able to track its progress from midnight on the day of shipping.

Below is a link to the UK Mail home page, you will see a box on the right, where you can enter either the consignment number or your reference number. In the reference number box please use your order number with no spaces e.g: HK80BP00000000 then click search, your order result will be displayed with details about its progress and your consignment number at the top.
