Features:

The CS-5100 is the most professional of Echo's mid range chainsaws, this will take cutter bars of 33, 38, 40cm, and is fitted with a 45cm bar as standard, all bars take a 0.325" chain pitch.

The powerful 49.3cc engine has S.A.I.S. (Step Advance Ignition System) and semi-automatic decompression for easy starting, the saw also features the Echo Pro-Fire electronic ignition, once started the choke will return automatically when the engine is ready, making it the ideal saw for the busy professional operator.

The CS5100 professional chainsaw also has a 6 piece anti-vibration system, this has a dramatic affect on the vibration levels passed to the operator, allowing longer use with far less user fatigue. The inertia type chain brake ensures the chain stops dead in the unlikely event of saw "kick back" this allows for safe operation for all users.

This chainsaw has been designed with the professional operator in mind, with comfortable cluster controls located on the rear handle, easy chain adjustment and filter access, and is lightweight at just 4.9kg. As with all other Echo chainsaws, the latest technology features come as standard, and like the other models the oil flow rate can be adjusted to supply the chain with a faster or slower rate, depending on the material being cut, this gives smoother cutting and a longer chain life.
